Make sure skin is clean, dry, oil, and lotion-free. Apply nipple covers before use. Remove the bottom portion of the liner and place it just above the natural fold of the breast or under the nipple. Start applying tape onto the skin from the bottom up, smoothing and stretching the tape as you go. After the bottom half is applied, remove the liner from the top half and start to stretch the tape until you reach the level of lift you desire. Allow adhesive to set and trim if needed.

Precautions: If irritation or redness occurs, discontinue use. Do not apply to irritated, sunburned, sensitive skin or open cuts. Pretest for sensitivity or allergies.
