The sweetness of dried apricots and the freshness of lime with citrus notes of bergamot and the soft tartness of black tea. Floral honey and milk chocolate create a refined sweetness and creamy finish.

Local farmers hand-pick the coffee cherries and deliver them to the Idido processing station.

At the station, staff manually sort the incoming batch to remove underripe, overripe, or damaged cherries. Sorting is also done using water flotation. The cherries are then transferred to African beds, where they are dried for approximately 18-21 days (until the beans reach the optimal moisture level).

Местные фермеры вручную собирают кофейные ягоды и доставляют их на станцию обработки Идидо. На станции сотрудники вручную сортируют поступившую партию, чтобы удалить недозрелые, перезрелые или поврежденные ягоды. Также сортировка происходит при помощи воды методом флотации. Затем ягоды перемещают на африканские кровати, где они сушатся примерно 18–21 дней (до достижения оптимального уровня влажности зерен).
