FLOWER HONEY
Our extracted flower honey, obtained from the 2000-meter-high plateaus of Sivas Zara, is analyzed and delivered to you from the hive.
It is carefully extracted, filtered, and strained to create this thick, creamy honey with a unique floral aroma.
Our extracted flower honey is a natural and additive-free product produced from the nectar of flowers. Our honey contains hundreds of different types of flower nectars, primarily thyme and astragalus.
This 850g jar is the ideal sweetener for sweetening hot or cold drinks, adding a touch of sweetness to your baking, or simply spreading on toast.
These nectars are collected by our bees and, with their enzyme secretions, transformed into honey. Our honey, harvested from our highlands, where plant diversity is abundant and far from agricultural lands and pesticides, is then sent to university laboratories for quality verification. (Our honey undergoes all analyses required by the Turkish Food Codex Honey Communiqué, such as sugar, enzymes, and moisture. Our honey is also analyzed for veterinary drug residues and pesticides.)
Our extracted flower honey is packaged in glass jars in a sterile environment, subject to hygiene inspections and operated by the Ministry of Agriculture. You'll experience the floral aroma every time you consume our extracted flower honey. This is because our honey is not subjected to heat treatment exceeding 45 degrees Celsius during packaging in glass jars, and no additional filtration is applied. It retains its aroma and nutritional value. Therefore, our extracted flower honey is "raw honey" according to the Turkish Food Codex Honey Communiqué.

BEES USE PROPOLIS TO PROTECT THEIR HIEVES AGAINST DISEASES, PREVENT BACTERIAL GROWTH, AND REMOVE DAMAGES INTERIOR.
Propolis is a natural antibiotic source rich in phenolic compounds that bees collect from the leaves, stems, and buds of plants.
Product Ingredients: 8 local propolis, ethanol, purified water
Who can use it: 5 drops for ages 4-10 10 drops daily for adults over 10.
Directions for use: Shake after each use. Can be used directly, or by adding drops to honey, yogurt, or a small piece of bread. Store in a cool, dark place.
Our propolis is local. Raw propolis collected from our beekeepers is dissolved in the most suitable solvents before being delivered to you. Our propolis was analyzed at Bursa Uludag University.
