Method of preparation and use:

Infuse 1.4 tsp in 2 cups of boiling water, strain.

Drink the warm infusion in sips many times throughout the day.

Boil 2.1 tbsp of herbs for 30 minutes in 1 cup of water, strain.

Use for gargling.

Способ приготовления и применения:

1.4 ч. л. настоять в 2 стаканах кипятка, процедить. Теплый настой пить глотками многократно в течение дня.

2.1ст. л. травы кипятить 30 минут в 1 стакане воды, процедить. Употреблять для полоскания.
