Sour Cream Buscuits

Preheat the oven to 400 F. In a medium bowl, whisk flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt, then set aside.
In a large bowl, whisk Hoosier Hill Farms Sour Cream Powder and water until thoroughly combined, then mix in soda.
Gradually add the flour mixture to the wet ingredients. Once combined, turn the dough onto a floured surface and roll out to about 1 inch thick. Cut with a biscuit cutter or the rim of a glass.
Transfer biscuits to a baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes, or until golden.

1 cup lemon-lime flavored soda
4 cups flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder

Cream Cheese Icing Recipe

Instructions:

Step one: In a medium-sized bowl, whisk the Hoosier Hill Farm Cream Cheese Powder, water, and vanilla together, until creamed.

Step two: Slowly mix in the powdered sugar and then add the milk a little at a time until it is the right consistency (thick like pancake batter), aim for thicker than necessary, add the desired color, and then thin it with a little more milk if needed.

Step three: Decorate cookies and let cookies set. Enjoy!
