A decoction of horsetail herb has a diuretic and anti-inflammatory effect and is used for edema of various origins, cystitis, and urethritis.

Directions for use:

Pour 1 cup of hot boiled water over 2 tablespoons of the herb, heat in a boiling water bath for 30 minutes, cool, and strain.

Bring the volume of the resulting decoction to 200 ml with boiled water.

Take 2 tablespoons warm 3-4 times a day before meals.

Individual intolerance.

Способ применения:

2 ст.л. травы заливают 1 стаканом горячей кипяченой воды, нагревают на кипящей водяной бане 30 минут, охлаждают и процеживают.Объем полученного отвара доводят кипяченой водой до 200 мл. Принимают в теплом виде по 2 ст.л. 3-4 раза в день до еды.
