100 pure and natural virgin oil obtained by cold pressing the kernels of Prunus Dulcis. The almond tree belongs to the Rosaceae family. Its fruit contains one or two kernels with an oil content ranging from 50 to 65 . Only the sweet almond is edible the bitter variety is toxic. Originally from Asia, the almond has been present throughout the Mediterranean region since the Middle Ages.Cultivation: Product of organic farming, certified by Bureau Veritas Certification France, FR-BIO-10.
