72Brix Date Filling is obtained from 100 dates and contains no additives or preservatives. It is sugar-free. Date fillings are produced by removing the pits, peeling the skins, and then pasteurizing in an evaporator after a thorough cleaning process, eliminating the risk of foreign matter. They are used as a filling in cakes and in the production of products such as muesli, energy bars, protein bars, and fruit bars. After removing the date skins and pits, they are pasteurized in a steam environment. Date filling is used as a filling in cakes, cookies, pastries, biscuits, and other baked goods. In pastry making, date filling is used in cookies, biscuits, as a filling and cream substitute, and in making Turkish delight.
