We think we've created both the most delicious and practical version of gluten-free Tarhana soup.
We blended our delicious sorghum sprouts and buckwheat sprouts with vegetables and yogurt to create this wonderful dish.
It's just as easy to make! Sauté a tablespoon of tomato paste in one or two tablespoons of olive oil.
Add a finely chopped clove of garlic.
Once the garlic is cooked, add 3-4 tablespoons of our Gluten-Free Tarhana Soup.
Add 3-4 cups of hot water directly to the mixture. Blend it to prevent clumping.
Add a little salt and mint. Bring to a boil.
Your deliciously hot soup will be ready in 4-5 minutes. Enjoy!
