L-Ascorbic acid, Vegetable capsule (Hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose, Colorant (Iron oxide, red)), Zinc gluconate, Beta glucan (1.3 1.6), Cholecalciferol, Thickener (Microcrystalline cellulose), Emulsifier (Magnesium salts of fatty acids), Anti-caking agent (Silicon dioxide).

Does not contain sweeteners, lactose, or gluten.

Usage Information

It is recommended to consume 1 capsule per day. For adults aged 11 and over.
