Flour milled from einkorn wheat. All parts of einkorn wheat, including the bran and germ, are milled, and no additives are added. It is in pure flour form and milled using classical methods. Einkorn flour is processed in a way that preserves its natural state during the milling process. Einkorn flour, our only non-genetically modified wheat variety, is the only wheat-based alternative to white bread. It is produced without chemical pesticides and fertilizers.

Siyez bugdayindan ögütülmüs un. Siyez bugdayinin kepek ve ruseymi dahil olmak üzere tüm kisimlari ögütülmüs ve hiç bir karisim eklenmemistir. Saf un formunda olup klasik metodlarda ögütülmüstür. Siyez unu ögütme islemi esnasinda dogal hali koruyacak sekilde isleme alinir. Genetigi bozulmamis tek bugday türümüz olan siyez unu, beyaz ekmege bugday türünden olan tek alternatiftir. Kimyasal mücadele yapilmamis ve kimyasal gübre kullanilmadan üretilmistir.

Kastamonu ilçelerinde yaban orijinli yetistiriciligi yapilagelmekte ve bölge halkinda genetigi degistirilmis undan kaynaklanan çölyak gibi bir çok hastaliga istatistiksel olarak rastlanmamistir.
