Wringing, twisting, or stretching it could damage the natural plant fibers. 3. Dampen your skin with warm water and gently massage your skin in a circular motion. Start at the center of the desired area and radiate outward. No need to press down too hard as the konjac sponge will work to clean and exfoliate. (TIP): You may add a few drops of your favorite cleanser onto the sponge. 4. Rinse, hang and dry the sponge by keeping it in a dry place, ready for the next use. Replace every 4 – 6 weeks
