SPAGHETTINI AGLIO E OLIO

INGREDIENTS

450g Italpasta Spaghettini
1 3 cup Italpasta Extra Virgin Olive Oil
8 cloves garlic, very thinly sliced
1 2 tsp each salt and pepper
Pinch hot pepper flakes
1 2 cup each chopped fresh parsley and grated Parmesan cheese

INSTRUCTIONS

Prepare Italpasta Spaghettini and reserve 1 2 cup water before draining.
Heat oil in a deep skillet set over medium heat. Add garlic, salt, pepper and hot pepper flakes cook until golden.
Add pasta water simmer for 1 minute.
Toss with cooked spaghettini, parsley and Parmesan. Makes 4-6 servings.
