Ingredients for 6 people: 3 eggs, 180 g sugar, 180 g Jardin BiO étic T80 semi-whole wheat flour, 180 g unsalted butter, 1 tsp baking powder, 1 pinch of salt, flavoring of your choice: 4 drops of vanilla extract or 1 tsp rum or the zest of half a lemon. Melt the butter. Beat the sugar with the egg yolks then add the melted butter. Gradually add the flour and baking powder. Fold in the beaten egg whites with a pinch of salt. Add the flavoring of your choice. Pour into a buttered mold. Bake in a hot oven at 180 C (gas mark 6) for about 45 minutes. Faire fondre le beurre. Battre le sucre avec les jaunes d'oeufs puis ajouter le beurre fondu. Ajouter la farine et la poudre à lever petit à petit. Incorporer les blancs d'oeufs battus en neige avec une pincée de sel. Ajouter le parfum de votre choix. Verser dans un moule beurré. Cuire à four chaud thermostat 6 (soit 180 C) environ 45 minutes.
