We start by soaking and germinating our organic raw pumpkin seeds. The seeds are then dried and ground at temperatures of around 108 degrees. The result is a light sweet tasting pumpkin seed butter which is enzyme rich, nutrient rich, and easily digested.

Our butters are single-ingredient, meaning the true flavors of the nuts and seeds aren't overshadowed by added salt, sugars, or oils. Our low temperature grinding process minimizes heat, friction, and oxidation, preserving vital heat-sensitive nutrients. Made with love and devotion on a small farm in Texas. Blueberry & Pumpkin Seed Butter Smoothie Recipe

Try this delicious, healthy smoothie that tastes great!

Ingredients

Handful of frozen blueberries. 1 banana, sliced. 1/2 tbsp Jiva Organics pumpkin seed butter. Almond milk as per desired consistency. 1/4 tsp spirulina. 1/4 tsp powdered stevia (or a dash of maple syrup). Place all ingredients in a blender and blend till smooth and creamy. Top with some dried goji berries and toasted shaved almonds (optional) for added aste. Drink immediately.

Pumpkin Seed Butter Toast + Fruits

Enjoy this healthy breakfast or snack that's both filling and easy to make!

Ingredients

Cut fresh fruits (Apples, Bananas, Pears, or Berries can be used).

1 tbsp Jiva Organics pumpkin seed butter.

1 sliced whole grain bread toasted, or 1 large whole grain cracker.

Toast bread to desired level or for crackers, leave as is. Spread pumpkin butter generously and top with fruits. You can add sliced almonds or spices such as cinnamon or black pepper for enhanced taste.
