What is the difference between Wholemeal and Wholemeal tahini as specified in the options?
Sesame seeds, the raw material for tahini, differ depending on their use in the production process. Our millstones for tahini distinguish between bran-free and whole-wheat sesame seeds by removing the hulls or processing them with their shells.
Tahini, produced by removing the husks of sesame seeds during the production process, has a thinner consistency than whole-wheat tahini, which is made without removing the husks. Therefore, it is more fluid and lighter to eat.

The World of Kalaycioglu Tahini and Bozkir Tahini?
In the 1800s, our ancestors brought dried beans, raisins, and apples to Antalya, Manavgat, Alanya, and Serik on camels for sale, and on their way back, they brought back sesame seeds by camel.
They tried to make standard tahini by soaking the sesame seeds they brought in streams and roasting them in stone ovens, but they couldn't get the consistency right, resulting in the consistency of our famous Bozkir Tahini today.
Following these productions by our ancestors, in 1960, we established our company and acquired its corporate identity under the name Bozkir Kalaycioglu. From its inception until 2018, our company operated under the brand name Kalaycioglu Tahini. With the addition of our factory in the Bozkir district center, we continued our production under the brand name Bozkir Tahini Dünyasi.
In 2018, our company received the "Ahi of the Year" award, a nationwide award, earning the title of Ahilik. As before, after the award, our company continues to keep the traditions of Ahilik alive, offering Bozkir Tahini and Bozkir Köpükü to everyone who visits our factory in the center of Bozkir (whether a customer or not).
