Kalev's Kama Bar can be considered Estonia's national sweet – it's unique in the world. Kalev introduced Kama chocolate to the market in the 1960s. Production increased significantly during the global cocoa crisis of the late 1970s, after which Kama Bar production declined for almost twenty years. In August 2001, Kalev resumed production of the legendary Kama chocolate, now under the name Kama Bar. It has now unexpectedly become very popular, with many delighted to rediscover the flavors of their childhood. The Kama Bar contains no hydrogenated vegetable fat or preservatives. INSTRUCTIONS Sugar, vegetable fat, Kama flour 22 (rye, wheat, barley, pea), whole milk powder, cocoa powder, coffee, emulsifier (soy lecithin), vanillin. No preservatives. Store in a cool, dry place (18 3 C). May contain traces of nuts, eggs, and gluten.
