De la marque

This extraordinary pepper specialty comes from a protected nature reserve on the Malabar Coast plateau in the Kerala province of Southwest India. Rural farming communities cultivate this pepper, far removed from civilization. This region is known for its great diversity of plant and animal species. Tigers and elephants inhabit it. The harvest volume from these traditional pepper trees is very small. However, the concentration of aromatic substances, such as essential oils, is higher than in most pepper varieties. The pepper is hand-picked and sun-dried. It is best to use our freshly ground tiger pepper to fully enjoy its unique, fruity aroma. Our tiger pepper is very suitable for fish and roasted meat, as well as for sauces and stews. INGREDIENTS Malabar black pepper from controlled organic farming
