At the beginning of training, we recommend that you first use two smaller slant board. When your feet are placed on an 8.5°slant board, if you feel a strong pull in your calf, your muscles will become shorter. This means that using a small slant board is suitable for you.
If your muscles are not that stiff, you can use 17° slant board shoes instead of one foot. For the other foot, fold the two small slant boards together.
If your calf muscles are particularly stiff, try different combinations of stretch boards. use the 8.5-degree stretch board for the worse leg and the 17-degree stretch board for the other.
For the most intensive stretching experience, stack all the slant boards together to form a 34° angle. (You must find a support to balance during training)
