Cilt için hazirlanisi:kil bir kaba bosaltilir,madensuyu veya su ile çamur kivamina gelecek sekilde karistirilir. Içerisine bir çay kasigi kayisi çekirdegi yagi, bir çay kasigi zeytinyagi ilave edilir.

Ciltte kullanilisi:öncelikle cilt ilik su ve sabun ile yikanip temizlenir. Temizlenmis cilde göz çevresi hariç ince bir tabaka sürülür. Kil yüzde kuruyana kadar bekletilir, 10 – 15 dk. Kuruduktan sonra ilik su ile yikanir. Haftada 2 defa tekrarlanir.

Saç için hazirlanisi:1 su bardagi elma sirkesi. 2 yemek kasigi kil. Yarim su bardagi su.

Saç için kullanimi:öncelikle saç yikanip iyice durulanir. Hazirlana kil yikanip durulanmis saça dipten uca dogru sürülür. 15 dakika bekletildikten sonra, saç ilik su ile iyice durulanir.Haftada 2 defa uygulanabilir.
