This Kayseri gourmet adheres to the traditional Kayseri manti form and size, adhering to the principle that "forty manti should fit in a spoon."
Our manti is produced daily, baked, and vacuum-sealed, ensuring freshness.
Ingredients:
Flour, water, salt, ground beef, egg, onion, red pepper flakes
Preparation:
Add 1 teaspoon of salt and the entire package to 2 liters of boiling water and cook for 10 minutes. Add 1 glass of cold water and drain some of the water. Add the sauce and serve with garlic yogurt, red pepper flakes, and sumac.
For the sauce:
Cook 1 tablespoon of tomato paste and 1 teaspoon of ground pepper in oil. Add 1 tea glass of water.

Sosu için:
Sivi yag içerisine 1 yemek kasigi salça, 1 çay kasigi toz biber eklenerek pisirilir. Üzerine 1 çay bardagi su eklenerek hazirlanir.
