Our Kazdagi Black Honey is a specially produced blend of chestnut and oak honey. It has high antioxidant capacity and phenolic value, is rich in amino acids, minerals, potassium, and calcium, and contains 1152 Proline. It is produced on the northern slopes of the Kazdaglari Mountains. It is sent with an Analysis Report.Bezmialem Vakif University Faculty of Medicine Hospital, Head of the Department of Medical Biochemistry, Prof. Dr. Abdurrahim Koçyigit, along with his nine-person team, collected samples of 14 different types of honey, including flower, pine, and chestnut, grown in various regions of Turkey to study the effects of honey. The research revealed that the honey with the highest phenolic content was black honey, obtained from bees that feed on a rich variety of endemic plant species, particularly acorn sap, at the summit of the Kaz Mountains, extending from the Bayramiç and Çan districts.
