Delivery Process
All products offered for sale are inspected by our store for damage before being packaged for delivery. However, even if we do not wish to do so, the courier company may handle our products incorrectly or carelessly during transportation after receiving them.
Therefore, if you detect damage, impact, breakage, or defects on the original box, cargo package, or product while receiving the product, you can have the courier officer prepare a "Damage Assessment Report." Courier officers are required to wait for you to inspect the product during delivery and are obligated to keep a record of damaged shipments.
For all products for which a "Damage Assessment Report" has been prepared, the damage cost will be covered by the cargo company, and we will ship a new product upon your request.
Unfortunately, you cannot have a cargo damage assessment report prepared for the cargo you have received after the cargo company delivers your order.
To avoid any inconvenience, if you do not have a damage report prepared, the damage fee will be covered by our company, not the courier company, as we cannot prove that the problem is cargo-related.
