-Place the product in the bag and then put it in warm water at about 60° for about 4-6 minutes before use.

-Heat the product in microwave oven (medium-low heat) for 10 seconds, if it is not hot, it can be heated for another 10 seconds, but the heating time should not exceed 20 seconds.
Cold compress:
-Place the product in the refrigerator Ice Chamber for 2 hours to reach a comfortable level before use.
