RECIPE IDEA: CITRUS RUBBED CHICKEN INGREDIENTS * 1 Knorr Chicken Bouillon Cube, crumbled * 1 Tbsp. olive oil * 3 Tbsp. lemon juice * 1 Tbsp. grated lemon peel * 1 3- to 3--pound roasting chicken, cut into serving pieces DIRECTIONS 1. Combine all ingredients except chicken in small bowl. Evenly coat chicken with bouillon mixture. 2. Grill or broil chicken, turning once, until chicken is thoroughly cooked, about 20 minutes. Substitution: Use orange or lime juice instead of lemon.
