Creosote bush grows primarily in the Nevada and Sonoran deserts of the western United States. The creosote tips are harvested in the spring just before the leaves solidify and then air-dried. This air-dried creosote grass arrives in Germany. We clean and cut the creosote grass to a tea-friendly size of 0.6 mm. Creosote grass is primarily composed of NDGA (northern hydroguajaretic acid).
