Yellow clover (Melilotus officinalis) grows in stony and mineral soils. In June and August, the tips are harvested and air-dried. During drying, the coumarin scent is released. This spicy aroma is preserved, and the coumarin breaks down into melilotin during the drying process. Cut four-leaf clover contains melilotin, saponins, tannins, flavonoids, mucilage, and essential oils. Stone clover is used as an herbal infusion. To prepare it, 1 to 2 teaspoons are added to 250 ml of boiling water and steeped for 10 minutes. Drink 2 to 3 cups per day. The four-leaf clover is sourced from controlled wild harvesting.

DESCRIPTION DU PRODUIT Le trèfle jaune (Melilotus officinalis) pousse sur les sols en pierre et minéraux. En juin et août, les pointes sont collectées et séchées à l'air libre. Lors du séchage, le parfum de coumarine. Ce parfum épicé est conservé et la coumarine se divise en mélilotine lors du séchage. Le trèfle à quatre feuilles découpé contient de la mélilotine, des saponines, des tanins, des flavonoïdes, des muqueuses et des huiles essentielles. Le trèfle de pierre est utilisé comme infusion de plantes. Pour ce faire, 1 à 2 cuillères à café sont versées dans 250 ml d'eau bouillante et récoltées après 10 minutes.
