Spruce shoots are the young shoots of the Norway spruce (Picea abies). In spring, shortly after flowering, the spruce seeds are harvested and air-dried. Spruce seeds are particularly rich in resins, essential oils, and vitamin C. The aroma of spruce shoots is very fresh, and the taste is slightly bitter. Spruce seeds are used as a tea in natural remedies. To make a spruce shoot tea, 1 teaspoon of spruce shoots is boiled in 500 ml of water and then steeped. The tea can be sweetened with honey. The spruce shoots come from controlled wild harvesting and are free of pollutants. The spruce shoots have a shelf life of at least 24 months.

DESCRIPTION DU PRODUIT Les échelons d'épicéa sont les jeunes poussées de l'épicéa (Picea abies). Au printemps, peu après le débordement, les graines d'épicéa sont récoltées et séchées à l'air. Les graines d'épicéa sont particulièrement riches en résines, huiles essentielles et vitamine C. Le parfum des pousses d'épicéa est très frais et le goût est un peu amer. Les graines d'épicéa sont utilisées comme thé dans la guérison naturelle. Pour une prossentation d'épicéa, 1 cuillère à café de pousses d'épicéa est bouillie avec 500 ml d'eau et ensuite infusée. La prossenture d'épicéa peut être édulcorée avec du miel. Les échelons d'épicéa proviennent d'une collecte sauvage contrôlée et sont exempts de polluants.
