At the end of autumn in a good year, acorns are collected. The acorns are sifted and brushed from their stems, seed pods, and leaves. The raw acorns are then peeled and shelled. After thorough cleaning, the acorns are chopped and roasted. After roasting, the acorns are ground. Acorn coffee is rich in fats, tannins, gallic acid, and quercin. Acorn coffee is used as a dietary supplement. To prepare acorn coffee, 1 to 3 teaspoons of acorns are boiled in 500 ml of water. Crushed cinnamon, cloves, chili pepper, star anise, or even milk can also be added. The acorn coffee is poured through a filter bag or sieve and is then ready to drink. Acorn coffee is additive-free and comes from wild harvesting.

DESCRIPTION DU PRODUIT À la fin de l'automne d'une bonne année, les glands sont collectés. Passez et brossez les glands des tiges, des capsules de graines et des feuilles. Les glands crus sont ensuite pelés et pelés. Après un nettoyage très intensif, les glands sont hachés et torréfiés. Après la torréfaction, les glands sont mouluss. Le café gland est riche en graisses, tanins, acide gallique et quercine. Le café gland est utilisé comme complément alimentaire.
