Pilosella officinarum (Habicht's herb) is widespread throughout Europe, Asia, the Caucasus, and Western Siberia. It has been introduced to New Zealand, the United States, and Canada. This vibrant herb prefers nitrogen-poor soils. Harvesting takes place from May to October, followed by air drying. After drying, the herb is cut and then ground to 0.2 mm. The herb's components include flavonoids, tannins, bitter substances, and lifeon. The herb is used as an herbal infusion. To prepare Pilosella officinarum tea, steep 2 cooked teaspoons of the herb in 250 ml of boiling water for 10 minutes. The herb is free of pollutants and can be stored for at least 24 months. Use: Food.

DESCRIPTION DU PRODUIT La petite plante d'Habicht (Pilosella officinarum) est répandue dans toute l'Europe, en Asie, dans le Caucase et en Sibérie occidentale. Il a été introduit en Nouvelle-Zélande, aux États-Unis et au Canada. La verdure est une plante lumineuse qui préfère les sols pauvres en azote. La verdure est récoltée de mai à octobre, puis séchée à l'air. Après séchage, la verdure est coupée puis broyée à 0,2 mm. Les ingrédients de la verdure sont des flavonoïdes, des tanins, des substances amères et de la liféron. La verdure est utilisée comme infusion de plantes. Pour la préparation d'un thé à l'herbe à l'humour, 2 cuillères à café cuites de la verveine sont infusées avec 250 ml d'eau bouillante et laissées infuser pendant 10 minutes. La verdure est exempte de polluants et peut être conservée au moins 24 mois. Utilisation : alimentaire.
