The guduchi plant (Tinospora cordifolia) grows freely in many parts of India, Sri Lanka, and Myanmar. This climbing plant forms thick, finger-like roots, which are dug up at the end of the rainy season and quickly air-dried. The dried roots are then transported to Germany. We subsequently cut the guduchi root to a tea size of 6 mm. The roots are untreated. Guduchi root is primarily composed of starch. The alkaloid tinosporin, unfortunately not yet fully studied, has a very broad spectrum of effects. Guduchi is inhaled in Ayurvedic medicine. To prepare the tea, 1 to 2 teaspoons of guduchi are heated in a covered container until boiling and frothy. This tea should be brewed quickly while still hot. Guduchi is free of pollutants and has a shelf life of at least 24 months.

DESCRIPTION DU PRODUIT La plante guduchi (Tinospora cordifolia) pousse librement dans de nombreuses parties de l'Inde, du Sri Lanka et du Myanmar. La plante grimpante forme des racines épaisses des doigts, creusées à la fin de la saison de pluie et séchées très rapidement à l'air. Les racines séchées viennent ainsi en Allemagne. Nous coupons ensuite la racine de guduchi à une taille de thé de 6 mm. Les racines ne sont pas traitées. La racine de Guduchi contient surtout de l'amidon. L'alcaloïde de Tinosporine n'est malheureusement pas encore étudiée, mais qui a un spectre très large d'effets. Le Guduchi est inhalé en ayurvédique. Pour la préparation du thé, 1 à 2 cuillères à café Guduchi sont chauffées dans un récipient fermé pour faire bouillir et faire mousser. Cette Sud doit être boite rapidement et encore chaude. Le guduchi est exempt de polluants et se conserve au moins 24 mois.
