Primula veris (flowering primrose) root, also known as keyroot, is harvested in autumn after the roots have matured. The roots are then washed and air-dried. After drying, they are cut. Primula root contains approximately 9 triterpensaponin, with primulasic acid A being the main component. Other components of the root include phenylglycosides, flavonoids, silicic acid, and tannins. In natural remedies, primula root is used as a tea or syrup. To prepare the tea, pour 1 teaspoon of primula root over 250 ml of boiling water and let it steep for 10 minutes. Do not consume more than one liter per day. To prepare a syrup, combine 5 g of privet root with approximately 100 ml of boiled water and simmer for 10 minutes, then add enough honey to reach a syrupy consistency. The privet root is sourced from controlled wild harvesting and is tested for residues for food use.

Les racines de primaire sont ensuite lavées et séchées à l'air. Les racines de primaire sont coupées après séchage. Les racines de primaire contiennent environ 9 de triterpensaponine avec l'ingrédient principal acide primulasique A. D'autres ingrédients de la racine primaire sont des phénylglycosides, des flavonoïdes, de l'acide silicique et des tanins. Dans la guérison naturelle, la racine de primaire est utilisée comme thé ou sirop. Pour la préparation du thé, 1 cuillère à café de racine de primaire est versée avec 250 ml d'eau bouillante et laissée infuser pendant 10 minutes. Vous ne devriez pas profiter de plus d'un litre par jour.
