Master root (Peucedanum ostruthium) grows primarily in the Eastern Alps. However, it is also found in the foothills and mid-mountain regions. Master root emits a warm, spicy aroma. In autumn, the master root is harvested, washed, and brushed, then air-dried. This is how master root reaches us. Master root is mainly composed of essential oils and sugars. Master root is used as an herbal tea. To prepare it, pour 1 teaspoon of master root over 250 ml of boiling water and let it steep for 10 minutes. You can drink a maximum of 4 to 6 cups per day. Traditionally, master root is smoked against dark forces and witches. Especially in winter, it was common to smoke master root to ward off witches' influence. The minor side effect of heightened sensitivity in winter was also very pleasant. Master root can be used to make a tea and should be heated before drinking. Use: Food.

Mais la racine de maître est déjà implantée dans les rétractions et les montagnes moyennes. La racine de maître diffuse un parfum chaleureux et épicé. La racine de maître est détruite, lavée et brossée en automne, puis séchée à l'air. C'est ainsi que la racine de maître vient chez nous. La racine de maître contient principalement des huiles essentielles et des sucres. La racine de maître est utilisée comme tisane. Pour cela, 1 cuillère à café de racine de chef-d'œuvre est versée avec 250 ml d'eau bouillante et récoltée après 10 minutes d'infusion. Vous pouvez boire au maximum 4 à 6 tasses par jour. Traditionnellement, la racine de maître est fumée contre les puissances foncées et les sorcières. Surtout en hiver, il était habituel de fumer la racine de maître contre la « fixation » des sorcières. Le petit effet secondaire de l'éclaircissement des sens en hiver était également très agréable.
