Cornflowers (Centaurea cyanus) are cultivated in the Mediterranean. After flowering, the entire plants are harvested and air-dried. This drying process preserves the blue color of the cornflowers. Cornflowers contain their blue pigment, tannins, bitter substances, and wax. Cornflowers can be used in natural remedies such as teas or ointments. To make cornflower tea, pour 1 to 2 teaspoons of cornflowers over 250 ml of hot water and let it steep for 10 minutes. Cornflower tea has a slightly bitter, floral taste. Cornflowers are free of harmful substances and additives and have a shelf life of at least 24 months.

DESCRIPTION DU PRODUIT Les bleuets (Centaurea cyanus) poussent dans la culture méditerranéenne. Après la floraison des bleuets, les plantes entières sont récoltées et séchées à l'air libre. Grâce à ce procédé de séchage, la couleur bleue des fleurs de bleuet est préservée. Les fleurs de bleuet contiennent leur colorant bleu, tanin, substances amères et cire. Les fleurs de bleuet peuvent être utilisées dans la guérison naturelle comme thé ou pommades. Pour un thé à fleurs de bleuet, 1 à 2 cuillères à café de fleurs de bleuet sont versées avec 250 ml d'eau chaude et laissées infuser pendant 10 minutes. Le thé de bleuet a un goût floral amer. Les fleurs de bleuet sont exemptes de substances nocives et d'additifs et ont une durée de vie d'au moins 24 mois.
