Clover (Trigonella caerulea) is a member of the Wren family and is therefore closely related to fenugreek. Clover is cultivated and harvested up to twice a year just before flowering. After harvesting, the clover is quickly but mildly dried at approximately 36 degrees Celsius. After drying, the clover is cut and gently sprayed. Clover has a mild, spicy flavor and is therefore used to season bread or pasta. As an herbal tea, clover is also used in combination with cumin or fennel. The four-legged clover comes from controlled cultivation in Germany and is free of artificial pollutants. Use: Food.

DESCRIPTION DU PRODUIT Le trèfle (Trigonella caerulea) est une famille de la Trogonelle et est donc étroitement liée au fenugrec bock. Le trèfle est cultivé dans la culture et est brisé jusqu'à deux fois par an juste avant la floraison. Après la récolte, le trèfle à Grabzig est rapidement mais doux à environ Séchage à 36 degrés.
