The Schabzigerklee (Trigonella Caerulea) belongs to the Trogonella family and is therefore closely related to Bockshorn clover. The Schabzigerklee is grown in culture and encouraged up to twice a year shortly before flowering.After the harvest, the Schabzigerklee is dried quickly, but gentle, at about 36 degrees.After drying, the Schabzigerklee is cut and is going on the market with us. The Schabzigerklee has a gentle, spicy taste and is therefore used to season bread or hearty pasta.Schabzigerklee also likes to apply as a herbal tea in connection with caraway or fennel. The Schabzigerklee comes from controlled cultivation in Germany and is free of artificial pollutants.

Der Schabzigerklee (Trigonella caerulea) gehört zur Familie der Trogonella und ist somit eng mit dem Bockshornklee verwandt. Der Schabzigerklee wird in Kultur angebaut und bis zu zweimal jährlich kurz vor der Blüte gerntet. Nach der Ernte wird der Schabzigerklee schnell, aber schonend, bei ca. 36 Grad getrocknet. Nach dem Trocknen wird der Schabzigerklee geschnitten und kommt so bei uns in den Handel. Der Schabzigerklee hat einen sanften, würzigen Geschmack und wird daher zum Würzen von Brot oder deftigen Teigwaren verwendet. Als Kräutertee findet Schabzigerklee auch gern in Verbindung mit Kümmel oder Fenchel Anwendung. Der Schabzigerklee stammt aus kontrolliertem Anbau in Deutschland und ist frei von künstlichen Schadstoffen.
