60 - a broad-spectrum drug against intestinal helminths for large breed dogs, belongs to the combined anthelmintic drugs with nematocidal and cestocidal action.
Febantel, which is part of the drug, belongs to the group of probenzimidazoles, is active against nematodes of the genera Ancylostoma, Uncinaria, Toxocara, Toxascaris, Trichocephalus.
Pyrantel embonate belongs to the troupe of pyrimidines, is very poorly absorbed when administered orally and exerts its effect mainly in the gastrointestinal tract.
It has a broad spectrum of nematicidal action, is active against nematodes of the genera Ascaris, Toxascaris, Ancylostoma, Uncinaria and others.
Blocks neuromuscular transmission in nematodes and causes paralysis of the helminth's muscles.
Praziquantel is a pyrazinoisoquinoline derivative that has a detrimental effect on all stages of development of roundworms and tapeworms that parasitize dogs, including Toxocara canis, Toxascaris leonina, Uncinaria stenocephala, and Ancylostoma caninum.
Trichuris vulpis, Echinococcus granulosus, Ehinococcus multilocularis, Diphyllobothrium latum, Dipylidium caninum, Multiceps multiceps and Taenia spp.
Direction for use Dehinel Plus is prescribed to dogs for prophylactic and therapeutic purposes for nematodosis (toxocariasis, toxascariasis, uncinariasis, ancylostomiasis, trichuriasis) and cestodiasis (teniasis, dipylidiasis, echinococcosis, diphyllobothriasis, mesocestodiasis).
A contraindication to the use of Dehinel (R) Plus is individual hypersensitivity of the animal to the components of the drug.
The drug is not recommended for use in dogs weighing less than 17.5 kg.
The drug should not be used in puppies during the first three weeks of life or in pregnant bitches during the first two-thirds of the gestation period.
Dosage: The drug is administered to large breed dogs individually orally once during the morning feeding at a dose of 1 tablet per 35 kg of animal weight.
A fasting diet and the use of laxatives are not required before using Dehinel Plus.

Дехинел плюс таблетки для орального применения 525мг/504мг/175мг, №2 и №60 - препарат широкого спектра действия против кишечных гельминтов для собак крупных пород, относится к комбинированным антигельминтным препаратам нематодоцидного и цестодоцидного действия.
Фебантел, входящий в состав препарата, относится к группе пробензимидазолов, активен в отношении нематод родов Ancylostoma, Uncinaria, Toxocara, Toxascaris, Trichocephalus.
Пирантела эмбонат относится к труппе пиримидинов, очень плохо всасывается при пероральном введении и оказывает свое действие преимущественно в желудочнокишечном тракте. Обладает широким спектром нематоцидного действия, активен в отношении нематод родов Ascaris, Toxascaris, Ancylostoma, Uncinaria и других. Блокирует нервно - мышечную передачу импульса у нематод и вызывает паралич мускулатуры гельминта.
Празиквантел - производное пиразинизохинолина, губительно действует на все фазы развития круглых и ленточных гельминтов, паразитирующих у собак, в том числе Toxocara canis, Toxascaris leonina, Uncinaria stenocephala, Ancylostoma caninum. Trichuris vulpis, Echinococcus granulosus, Ehinococcus multilocularis, Diphyllobothrium latum, Dipylidium caninum, Multiceps multiceps и Taenia spp.
Порядок применения Дехинел Плюс назначают собакам с профилактической и лечебной целью при нематодозах (токсокароз, токсаскаридоз, унцинариоз, анкилостомоз, трихоцефалез) и цестодозах (тениидозы, дипилидиоз, эхинококкозы, дифиллоботриоз, мезоцестодоз).
Противопоказанием к применению Дехинела(R) Плюс является индивидуальная повышенная чувствительность животного к компонентам препарата. Препарат не рекомендуется применять собакам массой менее 17,5 кг.
Не допускается применение лекарственного препарата щенкам в первые три недели жизни и щенным сукам в первые две трети периода беременности.
Дозировка Препарат применяют собакам крупных пород индивидуально перорально однократно в утреннее кормление в дозе 1 таблетка на 35 кг массы животного.
Перед применением Дехинела Плюс не требуется голодной диеты и использования слабительных средств.
