What is orange peel powder?

Drying reduces this water content in the product to very low levels. Approximately 5 kg of orange peels are used to obtain 1 kg of dry orange peel powder. During drying, the water in the product evaporates, leaving the pulp. For this reason, the nutritional values of dried orange peel powder, such as carbohydrates, vitamins, proteins, and fats, are significantly increased.
