Extra Virgin Olive Oil "La China" is the juice of olives harvested in the Comarca of the Cat Saw, in the northwest of the province of Carceres. In this area, we only harvest the fruits that combine the properties that we consider fundamental to obtain an extra virgin of the highest quality. The olives must be at their optimal degree of ripeness, clean, healthy and without any apparent external defects. This selection system allows us to guarantee our customers an extra virgin of which we are completely sure in terms of quality. INGREDIENTS Olive Oil SAFETY WARNING Suitable for all ages very high content of fatty acids that make these virgin olives one of the most perfect of all those obtained in the different olive-growing areas of Spain. A very dense aroma of ripe fruit. A sweet and flat taste, without the itchy or bitter notes characteristic of oils from southern Spain, which is why we obtain a very pleasant palate that makes tasting these Virgin olives a real pleasure. An intense yellow color with some greenish streaks. L'huile d'olive Vierge Extra « La Chine » est le jus d'olives récoltées dans la Comarque de la scie à chat, dans le nord-ouest de la province de Carceres. Dans cette zone, nous récoltons uniquement les fruits qui réunissent les propriétés que nous considérons fondamentales pour obtenir une vierge extra de très haute qualité. Les olives doivent être dans leur degré de maturation optimal, propres, saines et sans défaut extérieur apparent. Ce système de sélection permet de garantir à nos clients une vierge supplémentaire dont nous sommes entièrement sûrs en termes de qualité. INGRÉDIENTS Huile d'olive AVERTISSEMENT DE SÛRETÉ Convient à tous les âges Une très forte teneur en acides gras qui font de ces vierges l'une des plus parfaites de tous ceux qui sont obtenus dans les différentes zones oléicoles d'Espagne. Un parfum de fruits mature très dense. Un goût doux et plat, sans démangeaisons ni amer caractéristiques des huiles du sud de l'Espagne, c'est pourquoi on obtient un palais très agréable qui rend la dégustation de ces Vierges un vrai plaisir. Une couleur jaune intense avec quelques traits de couleur verte.
