Les débuts

Le Pastificio La Molisana est né en 1912, fondé à Campobasso par la famille Carlone comme atelier artisanal. En 1927, il obtient le Grand Palme d'or à l'occasion de l'exposition Championnaire de Rome. En 1966, le premier logo : quatre épis de blé qui s'entrelacent pour faire du fond au nom de l'entreprise. En 1982 restyling du logo, enrichi par l'écusson de la commune de Campobasso, les six tours. En 1991, la moline commence la construction du moulin, adjacent au pâtissier, complétant ainsi la filière productive, de la sélection des meilleurs grains à la réalisation du produit fini. En 1993, l'entreprise choisit l'acteur Nino Manfredi comme interprète d'une série de spots signés par son fils Luca.

Their particularly attractive shape, with its flowing coils, is especially suited for capturing sugo. Tough and consistent, it is prized for its rough texture and beautiful amber-yellow color. This is the raw material that characterizes our pasta, a protein-rich product that holds its shape perfectly during cooking, with a slightly rough surface that skillfully attracts and retains seasonings and adapts to all types of preparation.
