Production Process
Our products are Osmaniye peanuts, collected as a new crop. The collected peanuts are brought to our company in sacks under the necessary hygiene rules and environmental conditions. The pistachios arriving at our company are stored in closed, sun-protected tanks. To ensure the best possible experience for you, our customers, the pistachios are processed by our automatic molding machines and filled into glass jars, untouched.At the end of production, labels are printed and the recommended expiration dates are added. Your orders are delivered to the cargo company for safe delivery, packaged in specially designed styrofoam. Enjoy your meal with peace of mind.
Delivery Process
All products offered for sale are inspected for damage by our store before being packaged for delivery. However, even if we do not wish to do so, the courier company may handle our products incorrectly or carelessly during transportation.
Therefore, if you detect damage, impact, breakage, or defects on the original box, cargo package, or product upon receiving the product, you can have the courier officer draw up a "Damage Assessment Report." Courier officers are required to wait for you to inspect the product upon delivery and are obligated to keep a record of damaged shipments.
For all products for which a "Damage Assessment Report" has been prepared, the cost of damage will be covered by the cargo company, and we will ship a new product upon your request.
Unfortunately, you cannot have a cargo damage assessment report prepared for your received cargo after the cargo company delivers your order.
To avoid any inconvenience to you, if you do not have a damage assessment report prepared, the damage cost will be covered by our company, not the courier company, as we cannot prove that the problem is cargo-related.
