1/2 столовой ложки (2,0 г) измельченного растительного сырья залить одним стаканом (200 мл) кипятка , настоять 15 минут, процедить настой. Принимать взрослым по 1/2 стакана (100 мл) настоя 2 раза в день или по 1 стакану (200 мл) 1 раз в день во время еды. Продолжительность приема - 1 месяц. При необходимости прием можно повторить.
