The Bukhial Tea Estate is located in the Golaghat district and was founded in 1920 under the name McNeil Berry Company. The name Bukhial gradually changed from "Bokotial" to "Bokial." Today, the estate encompasses approximately 570 hectares of highly prized Assam tea. Coarse and regular grain tea is particularly well-suited to these teas. The cup color displays dark teak wood tones, and the purple infusion develops spicy, peaty notes.
