The CTC "Doomur Dullung" variety is characterized by its subtle, harmonious, and tannin-rich flavor. The leaf can also be described as dark brown and slightly beveled. The CTC "Doomur Dullung" variety is particularly striking in its cup: an intense dark brown with reddish undertones. This tea also has its own unique characteristics: in the local language, Doomur Dullung means "the fishermen's bridge," as the tea grows directly on the diroi, a secondary flow of the powerful Brahmaputra River.
