"Nutmeg flower," also known as mace or mace, is the reddish husk of the nutmeg tree's fruit and got its name from the fact that it was initially mistakenly used to refer to the dried flower of the nutmeg tree. Its delicate, aromatic flavor is milder than nutmeg and, like turmeric root, features prominently in Ayurvedic teachings and cuisine. This delicious blend of both, along with other well-known spices, is a successful addition to our Ayurveda range. La « fleur de muscade », y compris Macis ou Mazis, est la coquille rougeâtre du fruit de l'arbre de muscade et a reçu son nom en étant initialement maintenue à tort pour la fleur séchée de l'arbre de muscade. Le goût délicat et aromatique est plus doux que la noix de muscade et marque, tout comme la racine de curcuma, l'enseignement ayurvédique et leur cuisine.
