Origin and Plantation - Hand-sorted and unwashed, this is a 100 Brazilian specialty coffee. The coffee beans are something special. The cherries grow on the side of the coffee plant, primarily exposed to the morning sun. This is why the cherries ripen more slowly and are therefore harvested later. The coffee is then hand-sorted, which not only creates valuable jobs in the region but also ensures the coffee's unique quality. The beans are stored for at least three months before being hulled and shipped. Annual production is between approximately 4,800 and 6,000 kg. This corresponds to about 80 to 100 bags of coffee. Characteristics and Taste: The perfect ripeness of these coffee cherries is particularly reflected in the taste. The cup is beautifully balanced with aromas and flavor notes of chocolate, nuts, and caramel. This harmonious aroma gives the cup a touch of richness. DESCRIPTION DU PRODUIT Origine et plantation - Triés à la main et non lavés, il s'agit d'une spécialité de café 100 du Brésil. Les grains de café sont quelque chose de spécial. Les cerises poussent sur le côté de la plante du café, principalement exposée au soleil du matin. C'est pourquoi les cerises mûrissent plus lentement et ne sont donc prévues plus tard pour la récolte. Le café est ensuite trié à la main, cela crée non seulement des emplois précieux dans la région, mais assure également une qualité unique du café. Les grains sont stockés pendant au moins trois mois avant qu'ils ne soient pelés et expédiés. La production annuelle aime entre environ 4800 et 6000 kg. Cela correspond à environ 80 à 100 sachets de café. Caractéristique et goût : la maturité absolue de ces cerises de café se reflète particulièrement dans le goût.
