Fujian Anxi Tie Guan Yin – Roasted is characterized by its fruity, sweet taste with roasted notes. The leaf can also be described as semi-spherical, weighty, and dark olive green. Fujian Anxi Tie Guan Yin is particularly brilliant in its cup: golden, deep, and clear. This tea also has its own unique characteristics: for six generations, only Tie Guan Yin has been produced for this family tradition. Grown at 900 meters, the tea is made according to traditional methods. Unlike the modern green variety, this specially roasted quality embodies the original spirit of Tie Guan Yin.
