Sichuan Pi Lo Chun is characterized by its full, fresh, and umami flavor. This tea has its own unique characteristics: unlike traditional Suzhou Pi Lo Chun, this handcrafted Sichuan tea benefits from a long, foggy spring in high-altitude tea gardens. As a result, the tea grows slowly, developing its distinctive chestnut and delicate umami character. This tea is grown at an altitude of 100 to 200 meters. Proper preparation of Sichuan Pi Lo Chun is also essential. Our tip: use 14g of Sichuan Pi Lo Chun and steep it at approximately 80 C for 1-2 minutes.
