Origin and Plantation: In the heart of the Colombian rainforest, the Kachalu farms benefit from the warm and humid climate year-round in the South American rainforest. While cold snaps can destroy entire harvests, as in Brazil, this has fortunately not been the case in Colombia. Unlike Brazil, Colombia has the decisive advantage that there is no need to expect such devastating cold snaps. Character and Taste: This South American coffee has an almost spicy character and surprising strength. For a Super American, it displays a surprisingly powerful, almost earthy character. A touch of sweet fruit, accompanied by an intense sweetness, complements the complex aromas. The intense richness is complemented by its complex aromas of chocolate caramel with a hint of sweet fruit.

Ceux-ci bénéficient du climat chaud et humide tout au long de l'année dans la forêt tropicale d'Amérique du Sud. Au cœur de la Colombie, les fermes de Kachalou se trouvent dans le climat humide et chaud tout au long de l'année. Les effractions de froid peuvent détruire des récoltes entières comme au Brésil. Cela n'a heureusement pas été le cas en Colombie. En revanche, le Brésil, la Colombie a l'avantage décisif qu'il n'est pas nécessaire de s'attendre à des effractions qui ont détruit toute une récolte. Caractère et goût Un caractère presque épicé et une puissance étonnante de ce café sud-américain. Pour un super-Américain, il présente un caractère étonnamment puissant, presque terre. Une touche de fruits sucrés, accompagnée d'une douceur intense qui complète les arômes complexes.
