The base of this specialty tea is Jade Tung Ting Oolong from the Nantou district in the highlands of Taiwan. The production process is similar to that of jasmine or rose tea. Roughly equal amounts of ready-to-use tea leaves are blended with dried cinnamon pieces and then gently heated in a multi-tiered dryer at a low temperature. The ingredients then rest together for a week before the cinnamon content is filtered out again. The final product is an aromatically mild oolong tea with a subtly sweet and fruity cinnamon note.

DESCRIPTION DU PRODUIT La base de cette spécialité est le Jade Tung Ting Oolong du district de Nantou dans les hautes terres de Taïwan. Le principe de fabrication est similaire à celui du thé au jasmin ou à la rose. À peu près égales, les feuilles de thé prêtes à l'emploi sont mélangées avec des morceaux de cannelle séchés, puis chauffées doucement dans un séchoir à étages à basse température. Ensuite, les ingrédients "reposent" ensemble pendant une semaine avant de filtrer à nouveau la teneur en cannelle. Le produit final est un thé oolong aromatiquement doux avec une note de cannelle subtilement sucrée et fruitée.
